For those of us living in the US we are preparing for the Thanksgiving holiday. This Thursday many of us will gather with the families we were born into or those we created to reconnect, eat and relax. Thanksgiving is my personal favorite holiday. The gathering is much like Christmas without the stress of gift giving. Thanksgiving is also marked as a time to give thanks and express our gratitude. As a personal development expert I can’t help by think of the personal evolutions around Gratitude. There is Appreciation, Gratitude and Acceptance. What are the differences between the three?
