Change is a topic that provokes a response from people.
Change has a considerable psychological impact on the humna mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because he challenge exists to make things better. King Whitney Jr.
Change is constant. In the corporate world it is often imposed upon individuals. Re-orgs happen and all of the sudden you are working a new job, with a different group, or forced to look for a job with another employer.

Today as I watched CNN’s “From MLK to Today” and their presentation of Martin Luther King Jr. “I Have a Dream” Speech I was moved to explore the mindset of change. Our nation has made a change for the positive and more is in store.
This week let’s explore change here on this blog. I am inviting guest bloggers to share some of their insights while also sharing what I know and am learning. Please jump into the conversations with a comment of your own. I am looking forward to learning from you this week.
